We provide a comprehensive range of motors that are constructed as per the the international standards. The motor is shock-proof, totally enclosed type as per IP-55 and suitable for outdoor mounting.

The fan is directly driven and of axial flow type. The fan blades are of cast aluminium and completely free from problems encountered with belt and gear drives. The fan is statically and dynamically balanced for low vibration and high efficiency. This ensures energy savings and generate maximum air flow.

An-aero dynamically designed axial flow type FRP fan can also be provided on demand. The Fan Blades are manufactured from high quality FRP material which makes them highly resistant to corrosion due to chemicals and erosion to water droplets. Generally these fans save about 20-25% power compared with Al. Alloy fans.

Nozzles are PP Non clog type. The design ensures a fine water spray system. They are easily removable for cleaning through the inspection window.

Honeycomb and ring type PVC fills are continuously vacuum formed and specially treated to provide the maximum contact area for heat exchange. The crossing of air and water streams in close proximity creats a diffused turbulence conducive to evaporation and efficient heat transfer.

To reduce carry over losses through entertainment of moisture drop in air strain.UCT employ a unique honeycomb channel structure to effectively remove moisture from the rising air stream at the crucial moment.

All components like tower supports, motor supports, leg supports etc. are either hot dip galvanized or epoxy coated. Hardware is Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel OR Phosphorus Bronze hardware can be on request at extra cost.
